Tokyo Tokyo Open its Doors To Dabawenyos

By | September 30, 2012
Last Thursday (Sep. 27) Tokyo Tokyo opens their doors to their first ever branch outside Metro Manila, Tokyo Tokyo Davao at SM Lanang Premiere. Tokyo Tokyo, the country’s #1 Japanese fast food chain has been in the business for almost 30 years now and we are just so lucky they chose Davao to be their first ever venture outside Metro Manila.

“As we officially open the doors of Tokyo Tokyo in the heart of Davao, we hope to open a whole new dining experience for all Davaoeños – one of quality, affordable and delicious Japanese cuisine. We’re very happy to be opening not only the first branch to be built outside of Luzon, but also the beginning of our long-awaited expansion plans in the VisMin Region,” said Tokyo Tokyo’s Marketing Manager Joan Pamplona.

And we were treated to these delicious Japanese meals….

Honey Chicken Teriyaki
Beef Misono
Prawn Tempura
California Maki
Pork Tonkatsu

Veggies

My personal favorites are Honey Chicken Teriyaki and Pork Tonkatsu. It’s just like your normal Filipino dish with a Japanese twist which makes it really tasty. And what more, all their meals are served with unlimited rice.

At Tokyo Tokyo you’re not only getting the most bang for your bucks for its flavor but also for the satisfaction that only a full stomach can give.
