It is a very nice feeling when you splurge on something especially on things you like: dresses, bags, shoes or food. However, it is nicer when someone splurge for you! Right? That was exactly what happened last Saturday when boyfie told me he’ll buy me shoes! (Insert big grin here). We went to Abreeza and gladly I found Payless- a store that sells authentic imported products like shoes, bags, etc. I never really heard of this store before, but I should say that the store’s name really did catch me. So let’s get down to what I bought or rather what boyfie bought for me. Of course I was the one who chose these lovely shoes. 😛

Wedge Boots- It was a steal! I got this for P300 from the original price of P1950!

Wedge- This I got for P1250! I say I wouldn’t buy this if I were to pay using my  money:P So thanks Dadi!! 🙂

Btw, I searched for Dexter brand and Payless store in the internet and here’s what I got.

“KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Payless ShoeSource Inc. will become the exclusive U.S. seller of Dexter brand shoes, adding a big piece to Payless’ strategy of distancing itself from its bargain-bin shoe past, the companies said Tuesday.
Formerly found at retailers such as Kohl’s Corp. and J.C. Penney Co., the 50-year-old brand will begin appearing in Payless’ 4,600 stores in a limited men’s line this Christmas. A full line of men’s and women’s casual and dress shoes will go on sale next year, Payless CEO Matt Rubel said.
The company won’t completely abandon its low-cost image. Payless plans to develop the shoes in its New York design studio and charge between $25 and $45 a pair for men, below the $60 price they fetched in department stores, and $15 to $30 for women, Rubel said.” For more info visit: http://www.usatoday.com/money/economy/2007-06-26-1595106284_x.htm

I am yet to wear these gorgeous shoes but upon trying them out-it feel comfy to my feet even if its high heeled, so I’m relieved. I know I can’t really wear them on a daily basis but it’s good to have something in your closet in case there’s an emergency party or events right? However I think I’ll be wearing the boots a lot: D
